Rennata is a Customer Obsessed, Results Focused, Senior Business Support Officer at VM Money Transfer Services Limited. She is passionate and enthusiastic about Transforming Lives and ensuring that clients of the business have a seamless, pleasant experience sending and receiving money with VM Money Transfer Services. Rennata joined the team in March 2019 and manages the VM Money Transfer location network (100-plus locations) as well as the business’ daily operations. She guides the movement and payout of more that $20 billion each year and oversees and implements new systems to improve the business’ operations. She also manages and implements policies and procedures that govern operations.
Prior to joining the VM Group, Rennata spent more than a decade in increasingly senior roles at GraceKennedy Remittance Services (GKRS), luminating in a stint as Business Network Manager.

Rennata holds a BSc in Marketing and is currently enrolled in the Harvard ManageMentor programme.
